A fresh take on the piadina
The traditional recipe for the artisanal piadina originates in northern Italy, between the provinces of Forlì and Ravenna, and thanks to the delicious flavours of the ingredients from the local terroir, this flatbread has become a popular Italian snack. At P come piadina the bread dough is freshly prepared daily, giving the piadina its unmistakable aroma, and then filled with the finest sweet and savoury ingredients, guaranteeing its light, crumbly texture. Gluten-free, lard-free and wholemeal kamut flour piadinas are also available.
