Born in the heart of the Food Valley – an area known throughout the world for its culinary excellence – I Due Gatti has arrived at Fidenza Village with an innovative concept.

The core values underpinning the company are the result of a search and careful selection of quality ingredients, with a method of production that creates gourmet pizza excellence.

The dough is very light, thanks to the stoneground flour, and the long natural leavening in the tin, which gives crispness and flavour – thanks to the use of yeast and being cooked twice.

For fillings, we only use fresh seasonal vegetables, without additives or preservatives and preferring the small local companies that produce meats and cheeses.
